really? maybe thats my problem:P i have pretty defined upper abs b/c i alone do a fair amount of ab workouts, but i still cant seem to get rid of this small gut i have….would cardio training get rid of that? like if i did it frequently??
Seriously, thank you. Didn’t mean to be so negative. It just frustrates the shit outta me when I try to train people and they think doing 100 crunches a day will bring 6 pack abs despite the advice I give them. 30 mins of HIIT cardio 3-4 times a week, watch your diet, no refined carbs, minimal fat intake, lots of protein=results. Incorporate some weight training and your efforts will be doubled. Good luck folks.
I agree with utterlyblasphemous, but you don’t just need cardio to get abs. You naturally have abs, but cardio will indeed help you lose weight and ab workouts will strengthen your core. You shoudln’t just do one or the other, rather you should incorporate a little bit of both. Remember; it takes two to tango.
You need to diet to see your abs, everyone has them. I disagree with ‘no pain, no gain’ that’s really old fashioned. Doing this workout morning and evening will definitely make that tummy tighter.
7 years? 7 WEEKS and a different workout will do it! This one’s too easy. It’s not supposed to be easy!! If you don’t struggle through the last 3 movements, you won’t see any results. Remember: no pain, no gain!
I’ve got a bit of a gut, but I have sorta natural abs, they’re kinda hidden by fat, will this workout help get them back? Or is this more for maintaining abs you already have?
