focusing is the key to any exercise. I have been doing this every night for over a month now and i can truly say it works. they have made it so people don’t put stress on the back and really target the abs. I’m to the point now that i add in my own little 45sec workout at the end.
you shouldnt do it more then once a day you can tear your abdominals
It works but you must do it many times everyday. As for me I do it 5 times a day, and after just three days I can see the beginning of my abs. However I make sport everyday, indeed I run 8 or 10 km everyday. But to see the result you have to have an estomac which is not fat.

For too many people, this means when they feel the “burn”. They quit and wonder why they dont see results… This is just a select few though, not the dedicated people who work through the pain.

really? i never new that…to the cardio!
everyone has abs teh simple fact is the fat hides it so u cant see it and the only way to see ur abs is to burn off the extra fat , so just keep running and lose that weight
this will only help shape but to get abs and the six pack you need to do cardio
A popular belief especially in US. However fat and muscle are completely unrelated. I set the record for the most crunches in my high school but am nowhere near a six pack. And won’t get one unless I run more this summer.

These can only build muscle. You have to do cardio to lose the fat.
