ur overdoing it lol. do it once with more reps but not 3 times a day. give your abs 1 day of rest. the day ur giving your abs rest, go out and jog. Maybe take a soccer ball or basketball with u and have fun while jogging.

your abs need atleast 48 hours of rest before you should do another workout
does this give better results and faster results than the abs workout on the couch

k, iv been doing this work out 3 times a day everyday, in the morning, afternnon, and night, and i wanted to know should i keep this up by doing this workout everday or take a break once a week, and i also wanted to know if i would be overdoing it if im doing this work out 3 times a day

great, at the very end try adding, lying on your back with you feet sitting about 6 inches above the ground and do head raises at the same time. for about 30 seconds, youll feel it
