I just need to know what you mean by “gemelos - twins”… which body part are you referring to.. usually that means biceps?

i was wondering do you have anything that will work fast for like back to school. I have a snacking problem and im always hungry so like every night ill do a zillion crunches but it doesnt work! HELP!

Absolute! An increase in reps will expedite results. After a few weeks of doing this workout, you can increase your reps for each move to 25 reps. Keep good form, and work hard! Proper form and breathing are most important. Best of luck!

Your diet is great, but I like a variety of proteins in the diet. Canned fresh water tuna, soy products, etc are a great added source of protein. Are you taking any supplements? Omega Fatty acids? I have a great ProM3 Shake & Go Protein Drink — the best protein blend with the highest quality protein that is gluten free. I have it on my website, it is fabulous (as supplements go). For the record, I always prefer natural food sources over supplements. The ProM3 is great!

i have a question on what a good diet would be considered to go with this work out. i have celiac’s disease and can not eat any gluten, contained in wheat, oats, rye and barley so i am already on a very restricted diet and now i live in a oil patch work camp. I am not getting alot of protein due to the risk of contamination, but i have fresh fruit and peanut butter rice cakes for breakfast, an omelet and fruit for lunch and i have rice and raw vegetables for dinner every day. Is that an ok diet?
will the exercises help to get rid all of the fat on your stomach?

i can notice the outline of my abs now. but i still have a some fat in the lower part of my stomach
Canned veggies are a fine choice, fresh is always better, but low sodium / water based canned veggies are good. Always choose organic & kosher if you can.

It will help do both - burn fat / lose weight & tone. Remember the importance of diet…

yeah i’d echo the how tall are you because if you were as tall as i was at 14 theres no way you’re 88-92 & healthy. when you are undereating you will get some weight around your stomach for survival
The upper abs will develop quickly, everyone is different, but you should see some results in 2 - 4 weeks if your doing this 3X a week.
Remember, exercise is 50% of abs, the other 50% is diet. Let me know your progress. Be consistent and you will do great!
