If you combine these exercises with a lot of cardio-vascular training and healthy food then you’re gonna have really nice and lean abdominal muscles.I wish a really good training to everyone!
morning (if ur not lazy) because u lose alot more weight as u hav had nothin to eat and therefore ur body uses up stored fats, whereas before dinner in afternoon means u burn fat u have consumed at lunch and so not much weight loss
Yeh do lots of cardio, if you just do these exercises it will make you have massive abdominal muscles but sadly it dosent burn stomach fat! So get running, swimming, cycling etc if you want to have abs that looks like a washboard
Warm up your body first; do a 30 min run or 30 min session of jumpropin(develop the skill, its a good cardio workout) then stretch your body for 5-10 minutes; relax and take your time. Then you can get into the exercise; once your finished cool down (light cardio) stretch again.
When do u suggest to do exercises? Morning before breakfast, Afternoon before dinner?
cardio cardio and more cardio! I lost 20 pounds in two months doing cardio and dieting, high intensity interval training worked great for me, its a bit tough but when your body gets used to it it becomes fun
normal situps work better !!! do 100 and breathe in and out between each situps.. this is better excersice try it :).. but i have got to say the above video does work if you got time on your hands ! thanks for the upload..!
