    the bottom comes last dude great video btw (keep working those lower abs they’ll eventually come out but thats where you’ll have the most belly fat)

    eating no sugar.. no protein bar.. just as healthy as possible.. eat like 6 times a day - the time where you should eat most is in the morning - you need lots of energy there to hold for the rest of the day - never be hungry.. that makes you wanna eat sugar. eat healthy all the time..

    so im eating quite a bit of sugary stuff now, wud it be better to have 1 protein bar and then workout? or diet a bit more.

    actually man.. you can start right away.

    You’ll start to realize you have hard abs under your thick skin/fat if you keep up with his program and cardio exercises. =)

    that leg kick ups really get your lower abs toned. You just have to do them slowly and to reach the intensity level. Also, you need to drink a great deal of water each day. Lastly, hate to reiterate this, but eating habits and cardio exercises are inevitable.

    You might want to buy those protein bars to descipline yourself on the eating habits.
    For the cardio exercises, you can do many things other than running. You can do boxing with friends, jumping rope, running up and down the stairs

    i love how he just go rght into it and work it out……he is fine and i love it..but yes i must lose the weight on my tummy first before i flow with him…until then thanks and keep it tight.

    I’ve been doin it for a month or less and my friends are definitly complimenting me. I do lots of cardio with this though…so that could be it too, but my stomach looks awesome, so does my tan from all the outdoors work, haha. Also I would like to know what other things you do along with this? Any other cool routines beside icecream and fries?

    this workout is not burning a lot of calories it just makes your abs show and grow larger. if you want to burn calories you can do some running or play bball, soccer or whatever.

    Erm… depends if you have no belly fat, then u’ll see results in about 4-5 weeks, but so see results if you have a beer belly, then you’ll need to loose that fat, to be able to see real results. I recomend skipping 1 hour a day it worked for me. And along with this workout, im almost as physicaly strong as this guy :D

    it all depends on your body fat percentage and on your nutrition. you should do it at most 5 times a week. hope i helped.
