    this is kinda a whole upper bod work out ;) just focuses alot on the abs but it’s the best ab work out you can do

    i wish i could put on wait. i can lift 60 but it hardly seems worthit cause i just can’t gain wait. i’m aim to lift 100kg’s.

    It’s genetic whether you get an eight pack or six pack. No training can alter that, sorry :).

    You born with 4,6 or 8 so if you have been training hard you would see de 2 other abs if you dont you wont gonna get 8 pack
