		<description>total b.s...doing situps dont make your midsection tighter...less fat does..you can do situp till the cows come home...if you have FAT around your middle you wont see them...you will have a strong core though...case in point, did you ever see a little boy or teenager with great abs running around in the summer with not shirt on? How do they have abs showing, BET THEY NEVER DID ONE SITUP!! Because they have no fat...get it!!!!!!</description>
