    Im on my way to be a bodybuilder, I´ve started my journey 2 years ago, and I have to give some hints for the beginners: 1- Do not overtrain your abs! 2- This exercises are good, but you may also be careful with what you eat. 3- to help you on your results, do something about 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercises and the last but not less important 4- Don´t expect to see result on the first week, to reach this result you must have patience and dedication

    they can be if u do the sit ups rong like puting ur hands behind ur head but if u but ur arms in a X shaped design on ur chest and sit up about 20-30 times then u wont hert a thing

    total b.s…doing situps dont make your midsection tighter…less fat does..you can do situp till the cows come home…if you have FAT around your middle you wont see them…you will have a strong core though…case in point, did you ever see a little boy or teenager with great abs running around in the summer with not shirt on? How do they have abs showing, BET THEY NEVER DID ONE SITUP!! Because they have no fat…get it!!!!!!

    lol this guy just already add abs, he just lost weight. but for real if your not fat, just work 5 min per day on ur abs and eat egough of proteine and in 2-3 week… you will be able to do same than this man
