it really just depends on the person. if you have fast metabolism to burn off excess fats, how much exercise, what kinds of exercise. if you avoid carbs, and lipids (fats and oils), do a significant amount of cardiovascular exercise, like running, and work on your abs (sit-ups, jack-knife sit ups), you can see or at least feel and notice a difference in as little as a few weeks. but again, if varies person to person and could also take up to months. It really depends how much of yourself you

What if you dont have a Captain’s Chair would it really matter if you skip that part? if you have to do that are there any other ways of doing it?

  22. Anonymous August 26th, 2008 at 5:46 pm

There are two ways and they are the fastest way to get a six pack one is doing ab exercises and two is running it keeps you in nice tone or try walking for at least half an hour after you eat so your body could process the food better and faster just don’t run after you eat if you don’t want to vomit. Due to walking after you eat you burn some of the calories you ate and the food gets digested faster.

Actually try using your stomach muscles to pull you up not your back because it strains and instead of working out your just hurting yourself

  24. Anonymous August 26th, 2008 at 5:46 pm

you really don’t need the captain’s chair there is a better way but it hurts like hell well maybe not but it takes more concentration because you have to keep your balance try using the monkey bars at the park or a soccer goal pole anything where you can hang and be able to pull your lower body up and those are old school try it they work better because you don’t only tone your abs but your triceps as well due to the concentration it takes to to maintain your balance and body weight.
