i agree wit u … im in tae kwon do which for people who dont no its a martial art thing … and my coach says that all the time … and he is rip like hell … so weather people dont want to hear it or not they need to no that thats wat u need to do .. even if its the same work out .. maybe instead of 4 mins do 8 then keep adding time..

i do this everyday. i keep a chart and tick a box every day , one if ive eaten well, one if ive done this workout.
You’re right I should. I have been slowly working at getting back into shape, but it has been hard, as I have been busy. But I have more time now, so I will start pushing harder. Thanks.
