		<description>this is great i had a bit of fat on my lower abs but i burned most of that doing skipping but i still didnt find something effective that helped make the ower abs appear. I can already start to feel/see results with this top notch stuff =)</description>

		<description>I hate when people imply doing resistance exercise, such as any crunch or modified crunch, not only burns fat, but targets the specific fat on your midsection. That's why most people do those exercises. Not because they want to strengthen or increase the size of their abs. They just want a flat stomach. You get that by eating properly and doing lots of cardio exercise. If you've got a lot of fat to lose, then you're going to need to decrease your calorie intake as well.</description>
