    this is great i had a bit of fat on my lower abs but i burned most of that doing skipping but i still didnt find something effective that helped make the ower abs appear. I can already start to feel/see results with this top notch stuff =)

    I hate when people imply doing resistance exercise, such as any crunch or modified crunch, not only burns fat, but targets the specific fat on your midsection. That’s why most people do those exercises. Not because they want to strengthen or increase the size of their abs. They just want a flat stomach. You get that by eating properly and doing lots of cardio exercise. If you’ve got a lot of fat to lose, then you’re going to need to decrease your calorie intake as well.

    wen i do upper abs i feel an effect after a few but it takes more for me to feel burnning for lower abs

    i felt it working after doing like…30 of them. i’m the same age but i’ve been working out since i was like four haha. you’ll end up feeling them if you’re doing them correctly, takes some getting used to maybe

    this really werks love it better den my boxing werk outz but ummm i thoght i was da only one u herd breathe out while u exhale so freakinn funny n john that thing bout eatin iz bull crap the more u eat the more u lose n da less u eat the more u gain because ur accustumin ur body to burn less calorie body fat etc so the more u eat the quiker u lose n burn ur fatt n also dnt mix alot of greasy food guyz/ gurls n if u do drink lots of water

    no exercise trains the lower abs specifically,the whole rectus abdominus can only contract together plus the exercise does use the hip flexors which isnt a bad thing.
