I realize I haven’t made a lot of videos lately, but I have another hobby that’s taking away from my YouTube time. It involves some pretty serious training, so I’ve had stuff like this on the brain. I might post a video about it at some point.
p.s. If you ever decide to do a video like this, make sure you get your camera angles figured out ahead of time. I did WAY too many takes.

No 7 days are in a week. I’m just saying work out 5 times in a week. so 5 days out of 7 work out. and give your self 2 days of rest each week.

Each workout targets a different part of your abs. This circuit is great because you can just keep going at it. because only certain parts of your abs are burning when you are doing it. and the next one is targeting a different part

i heard that you wont be able to see ur six pack if u have belly fat but im only like 90 pounds and like 14 years old so im guessing i dont have to worry about the belly fat part
awesome, I just starded doing these yesterday but I am wondering, how many times do I need do these circuits per week ? is there a max, or just keep doing ‘em till you pass out ?

it’s kind of impossible to do it everyday (because it really hurts), but i can tell you it’s working (or at least i feel it working) but im sure that it will take more than one month to see greater results, maybe it would be a nice idea if you try it for a month and tell us the results, good luck!
