thank you so much tammy! i have been doing these for 3 weeks and notice amazing results. i also feel great =)
I’ve been doing the last few days and hope to continue. Makes it easy to feel got good but FAST wkout in ea. day. I do the 1st 12 w/ her then pause it to do two more sets.
Only bother: 1st & last exercises seem too fast, end up using too much momentum and not do a controlled/burning crunch. Slower DOESN’T make it easier.

I try and do this every day, and I have to say that it makes me feel a hell of alot better! Hopefully over the coming weeks I will see a real difference…. I can defo feel it working!

So I am not an expert but I just saw another video that advice against curving ur neck an upper back and try to look up to the ceiling when doing the ab.

well i do minez after ….i run on da the treadmill…but i guess it really depends on you….i just do minez after so that way my body is warmed extra good…
