I read that you never put your chin to your chest when you do crunches. Is that true?

For the crunches when you move your legs up (4:00), do you cross your left leg and left elbow, or can you switch it around with right leg and right elbow and vice versa?

Thanks a lot for your videos, they really work!

Genetics play a big part. There are people who have great abs and hardly do any training while others work their *** off and can barely get a 6pack

Strain of the neck or any other body part is the result of excess pressure to the area. Crunches are designed to work the Stomach not the neck there is no reason to put undue pressure on the neck. Hand positions provide direction, leverage, and increase the effectiveness of the exercise.

i think truthseeker28 is right about the crunches though i think u can strain ur neck by doing like that cant you?

Well the begging was the point of the video, it is for the reasons I explained in the beginning of the video why the rest of the video was necessary to be made.

you are not even doing crunches…what are those neck ups, head ups? cause all I see you lifting is your neck and head off the ground as you pull on your head with your hands.

Proper crunches should have your shoulders coming off the ground about an inch or two and the head and neck should stay stabilized as the abs do the pulling and not the neck. What you are doing will put strain on your neck.

PLAGUEZZZ if i find out who you are ill spit in your face

  24. Anonymous October 9th, 2008 at 2:59 pm

the point i was making is that you need to spend alot more time doing cardio and burning the fat off then actually doing ab workouts

  25. Anonymous October 9th, 2008 at 2:59 pm

IF you can do 150 sit uos then you rnt doing them properly. Find a way to do them so you max out at 12, a few sets of those once a week will be far more effective.
