does it make a difference if you do the exercise on carpet vs a mat on a hard floor??
The excersize that you begin at 4:19 is very effective. This is the only technique that has successfully worked my abdominals (including the hard to reach lower abs) without causing stress in my back. I’m not a as good as you are (yet!;D), but I feel like I’m progressing with this workout! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!

you have to tighten your ab muscles to keep a straight pose.
What exactly does the plank thing do? I only see that it strengthens the arm muscles.
