I have a problem with slipping off the balls. I’ve literally fell off the ball several times. It’s kind of scary. However, as you point out, you should back your feet to a wall to keep yourself stable. These are great exercises!

On a level of 10 how much do you recommend these? The techniques look really good, I just was wondering how much improvement in the core do you observe compared to other exercises you would recommend?
u need to have your feet touching the ball when you do these tammy. it makes them harder (stress on the muscle build muscle not the number of reps/sets)
Thanks for all these new ideas to the ball. I love the ball for stretching. We got videos with it, and everything have shown us is not in any of the videos. I have a few of my own which I do also. I believe in doing more at the same time for less effort. Legs, belly and back all in one , is 1 I came up with, rolling on the ball while doing a sit up, and lifting the belly up, and bending the legs all at once. Some call it lazy, I tend to call it efficient use of time.
I always wondered what those balls were for. I will consider getting one. Thanks!
