  10. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

Kurt angel looks like a anorexia compered to these bodybuilders

  11. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

Me too I don’t like the unnatural bodybuilder. I been training since 9 years old and never have a bodybuilder physique but I do look good after a workout. I think their should ban the bodybuilder’s (joe weider)magazine

WATCH Ed Corney in the movie Pumping Iron. Ahhhh we see some real hard HIGH intensity training. Most Drug “boys” do not train like this today…stacking, monstrous volumes of steroids, daily injections directly into each muscle group = lazy training and diet. Watch Lou’s training in Pumping Iron. He trains the same today.

  14. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

No they should take every workout to failure for maximum muscle growth and size, especially if they are taking drugs. Sets, reps, rest, exercise order, heavy or light weights, exercise choice, negatives, and forced reps may vary. The intensity should remain HIGH. Watch the Bev Francis/ Steve Michalik videos. This is how to train. Lou does take some sets to failure, but he should in ALL sets and exercises. Watch the movie pumping iron. Watch Arnold on cable flys and cable rows.

  15. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

I’m sure he takes it to failiure just not that particular workout in which we are shown. Bodybuilders should not and do not take every work out to failiure, they vary it all.

  16. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

No he does not train that hard. Watch him do his barbell presses behind the neck and his dumbbell curls. Both are WAAAAY short of muscular failure. Steve Michalik trains to failure. Watch Steve train Bev Francis and you will see TRUE HARD training. Youtube has the videos. HUGE DIFFERENCE HERE. We ALL know that every professional competitor takes steroids. Show me a natural competitive bodybuilder on stage with a roid gut and I’ll eat your sombrero. Vacuuming in doesn’t count. Abs + distention.

  17. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

I am going to agree with pillowtalk. Lou cannot be categorized as purely mesomorph. He would be an endo-mesomorph, especially with his height, playing into the mix. Yes I am sure that he uses steroids, just like EVERY IFBB competitor has. I dont think his “gut” as you call it, is from roids. It doesnt push out far enough. He just isnt tightening it. If he was to do a vacuum breath, and tighten everything, even standing in a relaxed pose, he would not have a “gut”.”

    Lou trains his ass off.

lou is a great bodybuilder and a great man!!!

  19. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

Lou needs to “deflate” and let his ego fall into the HUMBLE zone. His ego, confidence, and image are distored by steroids. He thinks he’s “big stuff” with the steroids. Get off the steroids Lou and let’s see you in a brand new interview that shows the “real you”

Roid rage again. You do not everything about diet, steroid abuse, roid rage, roid gut, and training. You are immature to say the VERY least. We all know this is the internet “young man”….do some reading.

  21. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

Roid rage again. I was right. I’ve seen many bodybuilders carry 270lbs of solid mass and they eat many SMALL meals a day i.e. 1 tub of rice w/ lean ground beef. The steroids help hold the mass Mr. expert.

  22. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

Fuck off wanker boy, show me 8000 calories split into 8 meals that look small.
Yeah right, ever seen 240mg of brow rice cooked.
Guess not……..MR low Test levels, hahahaha.
My 7 year old sister has got more Test in her than you.

  23. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

This is the internet, not a fucking English lit exam.
    Fucking wanker !!.
    Suck my fecal matter………………
MR i don’t do gear but know every fucking thing there is to know about it.

  24. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm

Roid rage is: PT’s clean vocabulary and classy grammar. Anavar cookies anyone?

  25. Anonymous November 20th, 2008 at 11:00 pm
