hi, ive gone through 2 to 3 vidoes on abbs that you have posted here.. im a little confused about which one to do first i mean what should be the order of my abb exercises..do i train the upper ones first or the lower ones i mean have the infromation i just need to organize it…pleae do help me! thanks

can u tell me wen u make a vid 4 ur top 2 abs?.and do u need to take days off 4 ur abs like 2 catch up r can u just do everyday ?and do u no y the bottom 2 4 the 8 pack dont show yet?

The boots are what makes this video awesome! They are his signature thing, check out the other videos and his rockin the boots! DR. T is the man!
This is great stuff however your video might be improved if you werent wearing boots and unless you do that for added weight.
I just did this and i feel the burn. I have a 4 pack, and just cant get those last 2. Do you have any advice for me. I’m on a good diet, cardio routine, and this now.

I’m gonna give this a try over the weekend. Looks tough. :/ How many reps should I do each day? I’m looking forward to a flat stomach.
