you could fill up a drink bottle with sand or flour…or whatever. =]

    It’s hard on your back.
It’s better for your overall body, plus a better workout if you use a Pilates ball…
Excercise ball, balance ball, whatever you want to call it.
It impacts more muscles yet doesn’t strain any of your lower back muscles.

I like this modification. I have a hard time fold my arms because i am large chested and usually just hold my arms straight out, fingers pointed, but this can work nicely for me too.

Perhaps a medicine ball, a book (hold it vertically) or anything else.
I think the point is stability and not using your arms to pull yourself up - so anything else you hold can work to keep you using your abs to do the work.

This is so cool but I don’t have dumbbells.
    What can I do?
