This is a modified version of the Men’s Health magazine Medicine Ball Ab Workout Challenge from the December 2008 issue.

I modified the original workout because it contained a lot of medicine ball crunches and situps that can be hard on your low back.

Here’s my modified medicine ball workout routine with abs exercises.

A) Big Circles - 20
B) WoodChoppers - 20
C) Golf Squat Chop - 20
D) Squat to press - 20
E) Medicine Ball Plank Rollout - 20
F) Medicine Ball Mountain Climber - 10/10 = 20
G) McGill Ab Crunch - 20
F) Medicine Ball Lunge Chop = 20
G) Medicine Ball Rollout = 20
H) Medicine Ball Jackknife - 20 reps

Those are some tough medicine ball exercises for your abs.

He’s really good. He talks common sense. He’s telling you to stay away from bagged and boxed food. Others include mike geary and the dieticians they talk about..he gives you a bodyweight workout that can make you sweat under 20 min..how bad is that??

You couldn’t be more wrong. This guy knows his stuff. He’s just picking one particular niche with his videos. He can hold his own with strength, building muscle, and training athletes info.
If he writes in Mens Health, don’t you think that means something?

He’s 5ft5?! That’s hot! It makes him hotter, really. And the shirtlessness is a nice touch, Craig. Dayum! Thanks for all the workouts! My boring days at the gym are over.

There’s no way he’s 5ft5? Is he really…..suppose Arnel Ricafranca is only 5ft4, and he doesnt look it either.

I made one using a basketball.
    - Get a tire plug kit and a bag of play sand.
    - Get a restaurant ketchup bottle with the narrow pointed tip.
    - Puncture a hole in the ball opposite of the air release hole
    - Cut the bottom of the ketchup dispenser off
    - Stick ketchup dispenser in hole while putting a air needle in the air hole to allow air out.
    - Pour sand slowly into ball through ketchup dispenser till full.
    - Get some Goop or other type of glue and cover hole that you made. Allow 24hrs to dry.
